Students and Higher Education Networks

Did you know that students can also join ACHE, and at a discounted rate?  Membership to ACHE means that you are automatically registered in your local chapter (based upon address on file).  The good part – membership moves with you, so if you graduate and take a job in California, your chapter membership will transfer to your new local chapter!

Students can apply for scholarships, network with executives and begin to demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning.  For more benefits of student membership please click here.

ACHE of Western PA includes NINE Higher Education Networks (HENs).  To be a participant in the ACHE Higher Education Network, your university/college must be at least regionally accredited, and offer an identifiable degree, major or concentration in healthcare management.

Local HENs include:
-University of Pittsburgh – Main Campus
-University of Pittsburgh – Greensburg
-Duquesne University
-Point Park University
-Carnegie Mellon University
-Slippery Rock University
-Mercyhurst University
-Robert Morris University
-Gannon University (Dahlkemper School of Business)

For any questions about the Higher Education network or student membership, please reach out to either Kelsey Hooker – Chair, Early Careerist Committee or Mason Miles – Student Board Representative by emailing info@westpa.achechapter.org.
